The Randolph Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 6:30pm in the Randolph Township Senior Center. The Trustees will review a recommendation from the Randolph Township Zoning Commission to rezone the following properties: Parcel # 28-054-00-00-006-000, 28-055-00-00-001-001, 28-085-00-00-002-000 and 28-095-00-00-009-000. It is recommended that these parcels be rezoned to R-1 Residential.
The trustees will also be reviewing a recommendation for a text amendment to Section 545.01 of the Randolph Township Zoning Resolution.
All interested parties are invited to attend.
