Zoning Commission: Zoning Commission: Zoning Commission members are appointed by the Trustees for a five-year term and are responsible for writing the zoning resolution (rules for township development, building, etc.) for the township. This board consists of five members and two alternates. The members and their contact information is listed at the end of the letter above.
The Zoning Commission meets the fourth Monday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Randolph Senior Center.
Zoning Appeals Board: Zoning Appeals Board members are also appointed by the Board of Trustees for a five-year term and are responsible for holding hearings on appeals to the zoning code. The members and their contact information is listed at the end of the letter above.
The Zoning Appeals Board meets the third Monday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Randolph Senior Center as needed if a hearing is scheduled.
There is also a Joint Trustees, Zoning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals in the first Monday in January, April, July and October in the Randolph Senior Center at 7 pm. to discuss current zoning issues. These meetings are all open to the public
