The Randolph Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Monday, May 18,
2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Randolph Community Center, 1639 State Route 44,
Randolph, Ohio. The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following
applications:
A variance application submitted by Ralph Lynch for Randolph Township Lot #93,
Parcel # 28-093-00-00-001-001. The request is to deviate from Section 705.01(C),
which states the maximum floor area for accessory buildings.
A variance application submitted by Jonathan Pusateri for Randolph Township Lot
#3, Parcel # 28-003-00-00-003-001. The request is to deviate from Section
705.01(C), which states the maximum floor area for accessory buildings.
A variance application submitted by Bob Gombeda for Randolph Township Lot
#75, Parcel #28-075-00-00-026-000. The request is to deviate from Section
705.01(B), which states the setback requirements for accessory buildings.
