The Randolph Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Monday, April 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Randolph Community Center, 1639 State Route 44, Randolph, Ohio. The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a variance application submitted by Frank Ballard of Randolph Global Methodist Church for Randolph Township Lot #55, Parcel # 28-055-00-00-010-000, 28-055-00-00-006-000, 28-055-00-00-007-000, 28-055-00-00-008-000, 28-055-00-00-009-000 located at 4078 Waterloo Rd. The request is a Conditional Use certificate allowing for a Flag Lot according to Section 601 R. The applicant is also seeking a variance to section 601 R(2)(a)(1) which requires that the strip of land providing access to the buildable portion of the lot must be at least 60ft in width.
