The Randolph Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Monday, December 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Randolph Community Center, 1639 State Route 44, Randolph, Ohio. The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a variance application submitted by Richard Gaug for Randolph Township Lot #33, Parcel # 28-033-00-00-008-000. The request is to deviate from section 705.01 B (d), which states that accessory buildings cannot be forward of the front of the house and Section 705.01(C), which states the maximum floor area for accessory buildings. The applicant is also requesting to deviate from Section 545.03(F)(a) which states the front yard setback for the R-1 residential zoning district.

Materials related to this variance request will be available for viewing by appointment at the Randolph Township Administration Building located at 3636 Waterloo Rd, Randolph, Ohio. All interested parties are invited to attend.
